By accessing or using Resumit AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Resumit AI provides AI-powered resume analysis and enhancement suggestions. Our service includes a free tier and a paid Analysis Pass that unlocks premium features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Payments

The Analysis Pass is a one-time payment of ₹29. All payments are processed through our secure payment partner. We do not store your payment information.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. Contact support@resumit-ai.xyz for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your resume content. We claim no rights over your data. Our AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations — you are free to use or ignore them.

The Resumit AI platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Resumit AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our AI is highly accurate, we do not guarantee that our suggestions will result in interviews or job offers. You are solely responsible for your career decisions.

In no event shall Resumit AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use our service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
Abuse our free tier by creating multiple accounts
Resell or redistribute our analysis results

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or notice on our website.
